If you have already ordered a signature from us for a related guest (whether it is for your own personal send-in item or one of our in-stock pre-sales), this is where you can add Bradley Cooper to your order.   There will be NO additional shipping assigned to your order if you’re using this order form for adding Bradley to an already existing order.
