For ALL items you send to us, it is IMPERATIVE that you include ALL the following information physically attached to your item in some fashion:
Your name, address, phone number, email address, in color preference, signing location, who is to sign.
We will always do our best to ensure your signature placement and color choices are followed, but we cannot guarantee it. If the talent chooses a different marker or different location, we will NEVER argue with them as to their personal preferences.
Although we highly recommend that you prep and window bag your own books, doing so is NOT required and we do not charge anything to prep books for you. Please understand that you will have NO control over signature placement unless your books are properly prepped and window bagged by you prior to sending them in to us.
We also do NOT charge anything to crack slabs so if you have books you’d like to have signed and they have already been graded by CGC, we are happy to remove them from the slab for you at no additional charge. We offer the same disclosure CGC does in its own published materials and that is that there is never a guarantee that you will receive the same grade once a book has been removed from an authorized CGC slab.

All sales for send-in items are NON-REFUNDABLE except in the event of an event cancellation. In the event of an event cancellation (not a re-scheduling of the event due to changing conditions or talent conflicts with a specific date), we will issue a refund within 4 weeks of the event cancellation.
